After Jared being in business for so many years and the business fluctuating in numbers so much over the years, he decided with such small numbers, it was time to have an official office Christmas party. We went to Benihana's in Carlsbad. It was so nice to get to know his employees better and have a nice night out with Jared at the same time. Jared really is lucky to have such a great group of people working for him.
